As a Bartender, you are the face of the establishments you work for. Therefore, you play a key role in the customer experience.
To shine as a Bartender, you will need:
- A sensitivity to the world of food and beverages (including beer and spirits);
- A strong team spirit and an ability to actively listen;
- A certain relational ease with a positive attitude accompanied by a contagious smile;
- Versatility, speed, and efficiency in your work, all with composure during busy times.
Finally, given our international clientele at O’Sullivans, you must have an understanding of English, and ideally, the ability to speak it.

Your main duties include:
- Setting up and welcoming customers in both French and English environments;
- Managing stock, participating in inventories, and overseeing cash funds;
- Ensuring quality service, from taking orders to processing payments;
- Actively participating in the establishment’s animation, in line with our commercial strategy;
- Respecting and applying hygiene and safety rules;
- Contributing to the commercial development of the company, including marketing and communication, with the implementation of the company’s strategies on the ground;
