The beating heart of O’Sullivans Bar & Grill Bastille is its ground floor. Here unfold the curves of a bar as central as it is circular, long and wide, shining with its two floors of bottles, the concert of an open kitchen sharing the fire of its brigade (team), and a vast room under a glass roof. All united in making a chorus. A breath of fresh air is also invited by the charms of a winter garden extended on sunny days by a terrace. Upstairs, another dining room, another bar, a library lounge, a smoking room, the atmosphere suddenly becomes clubby, leather spreads, the muted surrounds, the atmosphere climbs a tone cozier.
