What are the duties for this position at O’Sullivans?
Within our teams at O’Sullivans, your duties will include:
- Culinary production, plating, and sending out dishes, respecting the kitchen’s technical sheets;
- Active participation in the evolution of recipes and the creation of new dishes;
- Organization and planning of tasks for your station, as well as management and verification of the cooks’ work;
- Maintaining HACCP hygiene standards (French hygiene rules in restaurants), including participating in the cleaning and maintenance of your station and the kitchen.
