General terms and conditions of the competition

“O’Sullivans Passport –
30 Years Of Pubbing”

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

This competition is organized by O’Sullivans Development SAS, under the Paris Trade and Companies Register number 518 800 370 (hereinafter the “Organiser”). Registered office 169 Rue Montmartre, 75002 Paris, France.

The competition entitled “O’Sullivans Passport – 30 Years of Pubbing” will take place from September 5, 2025, to October 5, 2025, inclusive, in participating O’Sullivans establishments in mainland France.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The competition is open to any person of legal age (18 years or older) residing in mainland France.
The following are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees of the organiser and/or participating O’Sullivans establishments
  • Any person directly or indirectly involved in organising or promoting the competition
  • Their spouses, partners, PACS partners, and household members

Eligibility to enter is conditional upon the purchase of a minimum of one beverage or product at a participating O’Sullivans venue.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF ENTRY

To validate their participation, each participant must comply with the following steps:

1. Online registration

  • Complete the form available on the official competition website www.osullivans-pubs.com/30-years-of-pubbing with: surname, first name, date of birth & email address
  • Identify your favourite O’Sullivans Pub. (Your chosen “favourite” O’Sullivans, will be the pick-up point of your passport)
  • Tick the box confirming participation in the prize draw
  • Add the O’Sullivans digital card to your wallet, it will be required to collect the passport

2. Collecting the O’Sullivans Passport

  • Collect your O’Sullivans Passport at your favourite participating O’Sullivans Pub (selected during the online registration) by presenting the O’Sullivans digital card from your wallet
  • Passports will be distributed from September 5, 2025, between 6:00 PM & 9:00 PM
  • Please note; the distribution of passports are subject to availability and within the limits of available stock

3. Purchase requirement

  • Each purchase entitles the participant to one stamp in their O’Sullivans Passport
  • Limit: three (3) stamps maximum per establishment

4. Participation bonus for Pepsi and for Pubs outside the Parisian Region

  • For the purposes of the draw & in recognition of the logistical difficulty of visiting several O’Sullivans Pubs for non Parisian residents, stamps collected In Montpellier, Mandelieu-la-Napoule or Grenoble, shall be valued at 1.5 times a standard entry
  • In partnership with PepsiCo, the purchase of a product from the range (Pepsi, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea, Lay’s, Pipers) entitles the participant to one additional bonus stamp. This bonus stamp may be used only once per participating establishment and will double the participant’s entry for the draw.

👉 The more stamps a participant collects, the greater the chances of being selected in the draw.

ARTICLE 4 – DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The competition runs from September 5, 2025, to October 5, 2025, inclusive.
Three draws will be held:

  • September 12th, 2025
  • September 15th, 2025
  • October 15th, 2025 (Final Draw)

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES AND DRAWS

1. Draw – September 12th, 2025

Eligible participants: Any person who has collected their Passport and obtained at least one stamp. Only one entry per person will be considered.
Prizes:

  • 3,000 free darts or shuffleboard games*
  • Dinners for two
  • Sharing platters
  • Goodies (t-shirts, caps, accessories)

*Valid Monday to Thursday, upon reservation, for up to 8 people.

2. Draw – September 15th, 2025

Eligible participants:
Any person who has collected their Passport and obtained at least one stamp. Only one entry per person will be considered.

Prizes:

  • 2,000 free darts or shuffleboard games*
  • Dinners for two
  • Sharing platters
  • Goodies (t-shirts, caps, accessories)
  • 2 seats (participant + guest) on the 30th Birthday Party Bus (300 seats available) (September 25, 26, or 27, 2025)
    – Details (date, time, place) will be sent by email
    – Confirmation required 5 days before departure

Special regional draw (Mandelieu, Montpellier, Grenoble):

  • 1 return train ticket for 2 people to Paris per venue**
  • 2 seats per venue (participant + guest) on the Birthday Festival Bus (6 seats available)

*Valid Monday to Thursday, upon reservation, for up to 8 people.
**Expenses not expressly included in the prize descriptions remain at the winners’ charge.

3. Final Grand Draw – October 15th, 2025

Eligible participants are those that have :

  • Deposited a stamped Passport into a O’Sullivans ballot box before October 12, 2025,
    OR
  • Registered their stamps by uploading them via the dedicated online form before October 12, 2025

Legendary prizes:

  • 200 Pro Shuffled Members Club cards (value: €90 each)
  • 1 engraved Champion belt (estimated value: €500)
  • 4 annual free shuffleboard subscriptions (€1,000 each)**
  • 4 annual free darts subscriptions (€1,000 each)**
  • 1 personalized “gold” plaque + pint glass engraved with winner’s name + 1 drink per day for 1 year (estimated value: €2,000)***

Travel prizes:

  • Weekend stay for 2 people in Mandelieu or Méribel (estimated value: €1,500)****
  • 1 weekend in Dublin for 2 people (estimated value: €2,500)*****

Conditions of travel prizes:
All prices inclusive of VAT and valid for 1year from date of notification
**Shuffleboard & darts subscriptions: Valid Monday to Thursday, booking required, 1 hour/day, up to 8 people
***Drink offer limited to 1/day, up to €10 value
****Méribel: Return train tickets for 2 (maximum value of 150€ per person) + 2 nights (La Taverne) + 2 dinners (La Taverne Pub) + 2 lunches (Le Rond Point). Maximum value of €150 for 2 people per meal. Excluding ski passes/equipment. Subject to availability, excluding school holidays/bank holidays
****Mandelieu: Return train tickets for 2 (maximum value of 150€ per person + 2 nights (O’Sullivans Mandelieu) + 2 dinners (maximum value of €150 for 2). Subject to availability, excluding school holidays//bank holidays
*****Dublin: Return flights for 2 (maximum value of €300 per person) + 2 hotel nights (double/twin with breakfast of a maximum value of 250€ per night) + VIP visit to the Guinness Brewery & Jameson Distillery. Subject to availability, excluding holidays/bank holidays

➡️ All prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unclaimed prizes within 30 days following notification, will remain the property of the Organiser.

ARTICLE 6 – WINNER SELECTION

  • Winners will be drawn on the dates indicated above (Articles 4 and 5).
  • Eligibility requires a minimum of one stamp on the Passport.
  • Winners will be contacted by email, SMS, and social media.

Notification schedule:

  • September 12th draw → Notification from September 15th
  • September 15th draw → Notification from September 17th
  • October 15th – Final Draw → Notification from October 15th

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected including, name, surname, date of birth, email, phone, postal code and favorite pub are required for the administration of the competition and allocation of prizes.

Data controller: O’Sullivans Development.

Data will be kept for the duration of the competition, then archived for 6 months after the final draw before being deleted or anonymized.
Participants may exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion, objection) in compliance with GDPR and French law by writing to: rgpd@ospubs.com.
By participating, winners authorise the publication of their name, surname, and location on O’Sullians Group communication platforms.
Data will not be transferred to third parties without express consent.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of:

  • Technical malfunction (QR code, website, database)
  • Human error
  • Temporary unavailability or out-of-stock Passports
  • Loss or deterioration of transmitted information

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure, circumstances beyond its control, or for any legitimate reason, without liability being incurred.

ARTICLE 9 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

These rules are subject to French law.
Any claim regarding interpretation or execution must be made in writing to the Organizer.
Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to the courts with proper jurisdiction.
